Clean room and attentive service I received. The innkeeper was very helpful, assisting me with finding my way around. The facilities felt a bit outdated, which might deter some travelers.

Totally great stay for the price. Fairly clean hotel, super-friendly staff, cozy rooms. Breakfast with mini donuts and orange juice, for example. Perfect location just off a nearby amusement park, and a restaurant. Also, near shopping mall. Fast check-in and friendly check-out, parking onsite.

Outstanding coffee and muffins supplied. The rooms with a shower and microwave, for example.

The walls are thin. I could hear the TV from next door, which disrupted my sleep. The room was cold as the heat seemed to be off , and the lack of warmth was uncomfortable. The facilities felt old and poorly maintained.

The price! Other than price it was a disappointment.The room was only adequate, the"continental" breakfast was served in a closet, the "office" was not much larger than a phone booth, the pervasive odor of curry came home with me! I certainly wouldn't staynthere again!

Great value - it was not fancy but it provided all I needed when I travel for business. It even had a small refrigerator. Very good WiFi, good beds, Great ac very quiet and easy to operate and maintain the desired temperature. This is a motel the style where you park next to your room so it is easy to load and unload. Place was quiet near walking distance to restaurant (after driving all day who wants to drive so more). The shower was as good as the holiday-Inns, I will stay again and recommend to friends. Very clean all around. They also provided coffee and muffins for free as we check-out.

The towels were all clean but one had a stain. And the tv was still the old tv stile no flat panel tv. Lots of channels to pick from.

The room was neat and clean, which was a bonus for my short stay. The innkeeper was very attentive and helpful when I checked in, ensuring I found my room without any hassle.

This inn does not look like much from the outside but the room was clean and equipped with flat screen TV, updated bathroom, and fridge. No hairdryer in the room however. The owners were kind and helpful and gave us a discount pass to a local new Chinese restaurant.

Good value for the money - away from the noise of the freeway - simple, clean, no frills motel

Missed having a hair dryer - when we checked out, the front desk clerk (also appeared to run the Mom and Pop type motel) said there were a few available at the front desk on request.

This small, old-fashioned motel met our basic needs perfectly. We found our room clean, complete with a comfortable bed and functional amenities at an unbeatable price. The complimentary breakfast, though modest, was appreciated. Ideal for budget travelers seeking a good night's sleep before hitting the road again.

We explored the Clearfield County Historical Society and caught a show at Rowland Theatre. Perfect spot for our trip. It's great for deer and bear hunting! The room was clean and comfy, and the hot shower hit the spot. We really enjoyed the complimentary breakfast too.

The only downside was that the walls felt a bit thin, so we could hear our neighbors sometimes, but it wasn't too bothersome.

It was clean and it was very reasonably priced.

fly in room, beer bottles on sidewalk (next room), outdated (e.g. actual key and not key card), no coffee, limited breakfast. plastic bin was used for key drop in office. when connecting to internet, i had to close browser to get past the initial screen.
